Your choice for a trainer was right on. I just want to say that her “one-on-one” training was the highest quality and probably the most personalized training resource I have ever used. I have used a lot of resources over the years and this was absolutely top drawer. We were very pleased. Thanks again. And, I hope to be able to do more in the future.

Cincinnati State’s Industrial Controls & Instrumentation training program has helped me advance in my career as an electrician. I attended the 200 hour program, learned how to install and maintain automated industrial instrumentation and also passed the national Certified Control System Technician certification.

Journeyman Wireman & ISA Certified Technician

I sent 22 electricians from my electrical contracting company to Cincinnati State’s Industrial Controls & Instrumentation training program. As a result, many of my electricians are now certified to install, commission and maintain industrial controls for area manufacturing companies. Employees appreciated the hands-on training at Cincinnati State.

I attended Cincinnati State and received a degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, I attended the Workforce Development Center for Electrical and Process Controls training. I became an ISA Certified Control Systems Technician ( CCST ) and have since been promoted to a management position. I have been sending my technicians to the W.D.C. for training over the years and have on staff several ISA certified technicians, both CCST and CIMM - Certified Industrial Maintenance Mechanics. I would recommend the W.D.C. to other supervisors and managers if they are looking to improve the capabilities and knowledge base of their teams.

After looking at several community colleges in the Dayton/Cincinnati area, we selected Cincinnati State to provide our in-house Communication, Structured On-The-Job, and Train-the Trainer Series. They worked with us to develop a customized training program that specifically addressed our needs. Since the program's implementation in November, 2008, we have been very pleased with the results. Our workforce has had nothing but positive comments regarding the content of the coursework, and we are already applying the newly learned skills in our day to day operations. I would recommend Cincinnati State as source for any company looking for professional business skills training.

We wanted to inform you of our satisfaction with our ACLS class and our instructor, Erin Sarvin in March 2009. Erin provided an educational, yet comfortable atmosphere for our ACLS renewal course. Her training and knowledge of the subject matter was excellent. We hope to have her back in 2 years for our next ACLS renewal.
